How I Work

Hotel bookings are complimentary.
The judgment is the service.

Most trips start with the hotel. Getting that decision right changes everything that follows.

I help you choose the right hotel, the right room, and the right location. That one decision has an outsized effect on how the whole trip feels.

How I Work

  • My core service is helping you choose the right location and the right hotel. For many trips, that decision determines how everything else feels. I guide you to the best base for your stay and recommend a short, edited list of hotels that fit your timing, budget, and travel style.

Full daily itineraries are optional. Many clients don’t need them.

  • No. Many clients work with me solely for location and hotel selection. If later you want help with restaurants, guides, or activities, we can add that. Nothing is required upfront.

  • I look at walkability, transportation, pacing, who you’re traveling with, and how you actually like to spend your days. Central doesn’t always mean convenient. Quiet doesn’t always mean relaxing. Context matters.

  • Usually two to four. Enough to feel confident, not overwhelmed. I filter aggressively so you’re choosing between genuinely good fits, not scrolling through endless listings.

  • Yes. I focus on value, not status. I’ll tell you when a suite is worth the splurge and when a standard room is perfectly fine. The goal is comfort and ease, not checking a box.

  • I look at timing, demand, room category, flexibility, and how the hotel functions for your specific trip. A high rate can be reasonable. A “deal” can be the wrong choice. My role is to help you spend intentionally, not just choose a number.

  • No. Budget is a framework, not a target. I’ll tell you when spending more meaningfully improves the experience and when it doesn’t.

  • Planning is currently complimentary. For complex trips, I take on a limited number of full-service itineraries at a time

  • Yes. I handle the booking and secure preferred partner benefits such as breakfast, credits, and upgrade priority when available.

  • I’m available to troubleshoot and advocate if needed. Ideally you never need this support. When you do, it matters.

  • Travelers who want confidence without overplanning. People who value good judgment, don’t want endless options, and want the trip to feel settled once the hotel is booked.
